An Art & Yoga Event for Women

Join Art Professor, Susan Loonsk & Dee Marshall, Yoga Teacher for an uplifting evening for women on the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year.

 

The Solar Plexus Chakra is the 3rd major energy center in the body. Its element is fire. When balanced we feel self-assured, alive, energized, in tune with nature and respectful of all living things. Life flows smoothly with less effort. We feel safe, confident and inspired to meet the challenge of becoming our best selves.

 

Join us for this evening of relaxation and letting go through simple yoga postures, mudras, and a fire ceremony. Explore the solar plexus through an art & written journal if desired.

Light refreshments will be served.

No Yoga or Art experience necessary. Supplies provided
