Join  Registered Yoga Teacher Dee Marshall and Artist /Prof Emerita Susan Loonsk for this Yoga-Art  Workshop as we further explore the Root Chakra, the first major energy center in the body.

As with roots of a tree, the Root Chakra is our foundation, our connection to the Earth. When balanced we feel supported, safe and grounded to grow into our full potential and enjoy nurturing relationships. This workshop will include yoga postures, mudras, color and aromatherapy and an outdoor walking meditation to balance the Root energy.

We will create a Gratitude Tree Wall Hanging to take home.

Stay Tuned! Future Workshops will focus on the Sacral Chakra in May and the Solar Plexus/ Summer Soltice in June 

No yoga or art experience necessary. All Supplies Provided. All Levels Invited.  Early Bird Registration $35 ends  Wed April 17 .
