Join  Registered Yoga Teacher  Dee Marshall and Artist /Professor Emerita Susan Loonsk for this Yoga-Art  Workshop as we further explore the Sacral Chakra, the second major energy center in the body.

 

The Sacral Chakra is fluid and often referred to as our emotional center.

When balanced we feel authentic, creative, passionate, nurtured and able to maintain healthy boundaries.

 This workshop will include yoga postures, mudras, color and aromatherapy to balance the Sacral energy.

We will create  Watercolor Note Cards to  take home.

No yoga or art experience necessary. All Supplies Provided. All Levels Invited.  Early Bird Registration $35 ends  Wed May 22 .
