Join  Registered Yoga Teacher  Dee Marshall and Professor Emerita & Artist Susan Loonsk for any or all  Art & Yoga Workshops.  Each Workshop will  further explore one of the Seven Chakras, the major energy centers in the body. Find your workshop below.

Sat May 25, 2019: Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra is fluid and often referred to as our emotional center.

When balanced we feel authentic, creative, passionate, nurtured and able to maintain healthy boundaries.

 This workshop will include yoga postures, mudras, color and aromatherapy to balance the Sacral energy.

We will create  Watercolor Note Cards to  take home.

1-3 PM at
